As Team Leader of the Account Management team at Welcome to the Jungle, you will lead a team of Account Managers with different levels of seniority and will be responsible for driving team performance.
The Account Management team is responsible for the commercial aspects: subscription renewals, generating upsell and presenting our additional features. This team will work closely with our Customer Success Managers, whose role is to advise and support our clients in their employer branding projects.

Team Management & Development
Lead, coach and develop a team of Account Managers
Monitor performance metrics and provide regular feedback
Conduct performance reviews and create development plans
Ensure knowledge sharing and best practices across the team
Commercial Strategy & Performance
Define and implement upsell strategies across the portfolio
Monitor and optimize team's performance on renewals and upsell opportunities
Analyze team data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement
Contribute to product and pricing strategy improvements
Process Improvement & Cross-functional Leadership
Design and implement agile processes to enhance customer experience
Lead cross-team projects impacting department and company success
Create frameworks for efficient collaboration with Onboarding, Success, Sales & Product teams
Drive process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity
Establish feedback loops between customers and internal teams
