As a Marketing Event Coordinator, you will join our dynamic Marketing team under the supervision of the Marketing Director. In this role, you will be at the heart of Wakeo’s brand presence, actively participating in our main marketing activities and helping us shine on the international stage.

• Format: Alternance (Apprenticeship)
• Duration: 12 months minimum
• Location: Paris (with a hybrid rythm ideally 4 days a week in the office, )

MISSIONS 💪

Event Coordination

• Manage relationships with external service providers (agencies, freelancers, printers) and participate in the end-to-end organization of major trade shows in France and internationally.
• Participate in the execution of both physical and online events (webinars). This includes target identification, sending invitations, managing follow-ups, and handling streaming platforms.
• Provide global support to the marketing team on all event-related logistics to ensure smooth operations for customer events, webinars, and trade shows.
• Participate in the elaboration of a detailed, strategic event plan fully aligned with our global sales targets.

Design & Brand Consistency

• Visual Creation: Support day-to-day marketing activities by creating compelling, high-quality, and on-brand visual assets for our events and digital channels.

IDEAL PROFILE ⭐

• You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or Event Management at a Business School or University.
• Fluency in English is mandatory (Wakeo operates in an international environment). A good level of French and German is a big plus.
• You already have a first experience in event management. A solid command of graphic tools like Canva is required (knowledge of the Adobe Suite is an asset).
• You are looking for a meaningful alternance where you can invest yourself for the long term within a strong entrepreneurial and international environment. (Don't worry, you will be fully trained on our tools and the supply chain sector!).
• You have strong interpersonal skills, a high capacity for proactivity, and can work autonomously. You are a true team player, adaptable, creative, and well organized. You love trying new things and bringing your energy and good humor to the office every day!
